After serving a brief stint in prison for a physical confrontation with his girlfriend, Mike Covington has reported to his Parole Officer as he was instructed to. As evidenced in this video recording, almost immediately after his arrival Officer Winters instructed Covington to take off his pants and have another Parolee Benjamin Gibson to peform oral sex. Gibson was on Parole for a possession charge. During the meeting he was was convinced to have anal sex with Covington. According to remarks made by Officer Winters, this was punishment for Gibson missing a previous appointment.
