Kenny Tickled by Prison Warden Tony

Warden Tony thinks Kenny has knowledge of a prison break so he ties the prisoner up and tries to tickle the info out of him. Kenny is so ticklish all over his body from head to toe that he comes close to spilling the beans while the Warden tickles his soles and armpits. It's when the Warden calls an orderly in to help that Kenny's situation gets even more torturous.
