With a prison sentence looming for arson, a devious Allen Carmichael (Archer Croft) sets his plan in motion. Meeting with Mayor Ethan Christiansen (Jason Collins) he pleads his case and tries to negotiate a deal. Mayor Christiansen hears him out, but still feels Allen should be punished. Allen is all too willing to take his punishment and earn his freedom. Senator Jeffrey Kaninsky (Ryan Carter) arrives to find Allen and Mayor Christiansen in their intense meeting. Making sure Allen has all his options available, Senator Kaninsky joins the negotiations. With the Mayor and Senator convinced of Allen's amends, the deal is sealed. With everything resolved in the explosive season finale of the season, Jake Carmichael (Justin Yurmouth) and Darryl MacDaniels (Brian Bonds) are free to plan their wedding.
